Water and sewer estimating is a confidential craft. Client drawings, pricing, and strategy stay between us. We do not publish client work, showcase live pipelines, or share intelligence across competing tenders.

Water Sewer Estimating Sydney (WSE Sydney) is a trading name of SNZ Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 40 646 914 141), Level 8, 25 Restwell Street, Bankstown NSW 2200. In this policy, "we" and "us" means WSE Sydney. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our estimating work, and what we do with it.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a fee proposal and your estimate, send invoices, keep the records the law requires us to keep, and improve this website. We may follow up on an enquiry you have sent us. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
This is the part that matters most to our clients, so it is set out plainly.
Project files, including drawings and working files, are kept for 90 days after we deliver the estimate and are then permanently deleted, as set out in our terms of engagement. Invoices and financial records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires, which is generally five years. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted once they are no longer needed.
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. They handle information on our behalf and not for their own marketing:
Some of these providers are based overseas, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this website, for example which pages are visited, where people click and how far they scroll. Clarity uses cookies and collects information such as your device and browser type and approximate location. We use it only to make the website easier to use. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website still works without them. The machine hire calculator page includes a video played through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you play it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure. If you would rather not email sensitive documents, contact us and we will arrange another way.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Email tenders@watersewerestimatingsydney.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, email us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
