Locations.
Five regions, five authorities.
Our head office is in Sydney. Our work is national. We’ve estimated water and sewer infrastructure across five distinct authority regions — from Sydney Water and Hunter Water in NSW, to MRWA-region Melbourne and Coliban Water in regional Victoria, to council clients in remote Queensland. Each authority has its own specifications, drawings, and conventions. We work to all of them.

Distance isn’t a constraint. Drawings arrive by email or upload. Site context is shared via video walk-through, photos, geotech reports, and authority correspondence. Our deliverables are the same wherever the project is — priced BoQ, materials takeoff, defensible rate build-ups. The only thing that changes between regions is the authority specification and the local cost drivers, both of which we adjust for.
